"A Web site is no longer a novelty," says Olson. "You have to have one for your firm and for yourself. A Web site ensures that information about you and your firm is available to clients 24/7. You can also humanize all the text with casual pictures of you and your staff or maybe even some caricatures. You've also got to market your Web site.
