Now that my FindLaw website has been up for two months, I wanted to provide you with some feedback. As you know, my firm had an existing website when I was first referred to FindLaw, but it was largely ineffective and yielded little, if any, activity--especially when contrasted with that of the new FindLaw website. Simply stated, the results have well exceeded my most optimistic expectations. Now that my website, FindLaw Legal Connection site, and Findlaw Profile are finished, it is appropriate and right for me to comment on your overall service and the effectiveness of your help and the FindLaw products. Over my 25 years of practicing law, I have had the opportunity to work with many professionals. This experience has given me standard by which to judge the skill and service I receive from professionals like yourself.

From our first of many phone calls, you were not only very professional, but you went the extra mile to make sure I was getting the right product for my law practice. You were exceptionally helpful with your suggestions and never over sold me. Instead, you guided me into making decisions that were within my budget and fulfilled my goals.

You may recall that I initially contacted you about building a website for my new firm. In short order, you convinced me with your knowledge and commitment that that having FindLaw on my side would be of great benefit and also suggested another product, LegalConnection, which I was immediately interested in. We met in person a number of times and were constantly e-mailing one another. Your interest and commitment increased after the "sale" was made and you insured that all other FindLaw staff gave me the best service.

Not only I am completely satisfied with all your work and efforts on my behalf, I am stunned that I got 22 inquiries from potential clients in the first two weeks of my profile and Legal Connection going on line. Of course, leads are important, but signing up the client is the goal; and, I signed up 8 clients from the inquiries I received. I consider this remarkable, since I am selective about cases that I will take.
