You can request five standard report types:

  • Executive Report: (how to request)
    Written in plain English, the Executive Report provides a macro-level analysis of your site's performance. With Executive Report you'll receive an overview of visitor activity, sources of traffic, and on-site visitor behavior, such as duration of visits to your site. The Executive Report lists totals for Daily Unique Visitors, New Visitors, Visits, Page Views, average Views Per Visit, and Views Per Visitor. In addition, it identifies the percentage of bookmarks in Referring Domains contrasted with the percentage of search engines in Referring Domains, as well as average time spent on the site. For finer granularity in analyzing visitor behavior and marketing ROI, use reports such as Marketing, Traffic Audit, Web Development, and International.

  • Marketing Report: (how to request)
    This report provides an in-depth statistical breakdown of all pertinent factors of your marketing campaigns. Categories include Site Statistics, Visitor statistics (Calendar Daily Uniques, New Visitors, and Lifetime Returning Visitors), Referring Domains, Search Engines, Most Requested Pages, and Entry and Exit Pages. Other statistics presented are: Major Visitor Domains, Browser Languages, Internet Service Providers, Visitor Countries, Referring Domains, Referring Countries, Search Engines and Keywords, Top Ten Paths, Paths taken during 1st and 4th Visits, Most Requested Content, Time Zones, and Rush Hours.
